Sarah
Supulski, CYI, RYT
Sarah discovered yoga in 2000 when she was exposed to the Kundalini
style of yoga. She loved it from the start and found that the peace
and stability which it brought to her life was highly beneficial.
In 2003 she began to share the joy she had discovered by teaching
others, initially in her home, then renting a room from a local massage
therapy service, and in 2007, she opened her own studio, Yoga 4 You,
at it's present location.
Sarah received certification for teaching yoga through Aura Yoga Teacher
Training and with the Living Yoga Program. She is a registered yoga
teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and is seeking certification as a
Relax & Renew Trainer and E-RYT (Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher)
with Yoga Alliance.
Her continuing studies include: Hatha yoga training with Charles MacInerney,
Vinyasa yoga with Cyndi Lee, Ashtanga yoga with Juan Anguiano, Restorative
yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and Kundalini yoga with Guru Karam.
Sarah is always seeking to increase her knowledge of yoga and it's
relation to human anatomy in order to better serve the interests of
her clients.
At the present time Sarah teaches Vinyasa and Restorative classes,
but she holds to the belief that all styles are beneficial, especially
according to the needs of each individual's own personal circumstances
at the time of practice. It is with that in mind, that Sarah encourages
her students to always listen to the responses of their bodies and
to allow those responses to guide the student in their own personal
exploration of Mind, Body & Soul each time they come to class.

Deb
Day, RYT
Deb is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT) who guides her students through
blends of Hatha, Vinyasa, as well as Restorative Yoga styles. She
believes that yoga is a personal journey where the individual benefits
from a guide and a desire to nurture and grow through the unity of
the asanas (poses), movement, breath and stillness of the mind.
Raised in a rural community in a mountainous region of Oregon, Deb
was an active sport enthusiast and dance performer. She attended college
where her focus was on dance, dance therapy, and psychology. Deb has
provided over 30 years to the practice of psychology maintaining her
passion for body / mind connection within the healing process. She
expresses a keen awareness the inter-connnectness of the mind, body
& soul and their role in supporting and centering the individual.
Deb feels that Yoga can benefit anyone interested in the practice.
Each individual must listen to their body and address the practice
in a manner to honor and respect where they are at that moment, day,
and or time. Through the use of breath, movement and focus, one can
increase their personal wellness and preparedness for life and its
inevitable changes.
Her favorite asana is "happy baby". This asana massages the back,
gently stretches the hips, legs and feet, and would be hard pressed
to be done without a smile.
